ASSE have set their sights on Greek defender Panagiotis Retsos (22), a specialist in the axis but capable of evolving in the wings. Negotiations with Bayer Leverkusen relate to a loan with option to buy of 6.5 million euros and, according to our sources, the transaction is expected to be finalized on Monday. The player arrived in the Loire on Sunday evening. The Germans bought Retsos 17.5 million euros from Olympiakos three years ago and loaned him to Sheffield for six months in January.
