The Ligue 1 – Ligue 2 clubs and the UNFP agreed to a reasonable drop in wages during the Covid-19 health crisis.
It was in the pipes for a few days, it is now recorded if we are to believe “The Team”: the LFP working group responsible for finding an agreement on the lower wages of Ligue 1 players and Ligue 2 has finally agreed. After long discussions between Jean-Pierre Caillot (president of the Stade de Reims in charge of negotiations for the clubs) and Philippe Piat (co-president of the UNFP in charge of defending the players), a scale achieved consensus.
