Olivier Véran confirmed, however, that the derby between Olympique Lyonnais and AS Saint-Etienne was maintained this Sunday evening at Groupama Stadium. “The prefects will receive instructions to cancel open gatherings when they lead to mixtures with populations from areas where the virus is visibly circulating”, said the former deputy from Isère.

What about the Primevère salons and wines from independent winegrowers planned for March 6 at Eurexpo? Lyon e-Sport is currently taking place at the Cité Internationale. And the Halle Tony-Garnier announces that the James Blunt concert scheduled for Monday evening is “well maintained”.

As a reminder, France now has 73 cases of coronavirus. “The aim is to limit the spread of the virus and prevent, or even delay as long as possible, the transition to stage 3, where the virus may be caused to circulate more widely in the population”, said Olivier Véran.
