AS Saint-Etienne : The Greens welcome the LICRA | ASSE News

After starting their day on the benches of the Tézenas du Montcel college and followed by their training session on the grounds of the Robert-Herbin Sports Center, 24 young Stéphanois attended an intervention by the International League Against Racism and Anti-Semitism , this Wednesday afternoon.

For more than 90 minutes, the players trained by AS Saint-Étienne listened attentively and shared their personal experience with Florence Boudoussier, on the themes of racism, anti-Semitism and discrimination in general.

Les joueurs de l’AS Saint-Étienne seront de bons citoyens.

“AS Saint-Étienne players are young people who are not only trained in sport, they will be good citizens, notes the President of LICRA Saint-Étienne. My colleague and I always enjoy talking to them.”

This intervention with the players of the Stéphane pre-training is indeed the second carried out this season at the Robert-Herbin Center for Florence Boudoussier, who has already met the U19 group. It is part of the broader framework of the regular awareness and commitment initiatives that AS Saint-Étienne carries out in addition to its excellent sports training. It is this same global training project provided to its players that allows ASSE to display the highest level of quality awarded by the French Football Federation to a training center: the “Prestige” label.
