Released from his last season of contract, Jessy Moulin left ASSE and joined ES Troyes AC in July 2021. In an interview on the show Free Ligue 1 squad, he returned to his memories with the Greens and his separation from his heart club. The goalkeeper admits to feeling bitterness about his departure from AS Saint-Étienne. “Even if the separation goes well, it’s a bit like a divorce, you have resentment…”, he confided.
“I am proud to have spent so many years there. It was hard to leave, but now I am very well integrated and things are going very well here ”assured Jessy Moulin afterwards. In conclusion, the 35-year-old doorman underlined his dedication to ASSE forever. “The Greens have been a huge part of my life. […] Even if the story has ended, it is still a club that has given me a lot, ”he testified.

Jessy Moulin joined the Sainté training center in 1999, at the age of 13. He studied there until he became the understudy of Stephane Ruffier from the 2012-2013 season. He ended up taking the place of N ° 1 following the sidelining of the latter in February 2020. Injured, the native of Valence had lost his place of holder in favor of the young and promising Étienne Green (21 years old) , until the end of the 2020-2021 financial year. Tipped to become N ° 2 behind Green, Moulin preferred to join Laurent Batlles in Troyes.
