If the Greens managed to snatch the point in Sunday’s draw against Olympique Lyonnais, the Forez club did not take off.

The Stéphanois ended the evening with a smile on Sunday. Long battered, Claude Puel’s men have indeed finally won a draw in added time thanks to a penalty converted by Wahbi Khazri.

This point was enough for their happiness. The situation for the Greens is no less critical as after nine days Saint-Étienne has still not won a game and is only four draws for five losses.

ASSSE had not been in such a bad position since the 1988-89 season when the Stéphanois also had four points on the clock.
