Taking into account only the return phase, Saint-Etienne is the sixth best performing formation with 27 points. Monaco (44 pts), Lille (41 pts), Paris (40 pts), Lyon (36 pts) and Lorient (29 pts) do better than Saint-Etienne which would therefore point to a sixth place synonymous with the Europa League following qualification of Monaco and Paris in the final of the Coupe de France. Bodes well for the coming season!
