Gaël Perdriau for a local investor in Saint-Étienne

The departure of Caïazzo and Romeyer expected in Saint-Etienne

For the councilor, it would be preferable for a local investor to take over the club. He believes that “this would correspond to the history of the club and to the will of the current leaders to hand over to people attached to the values of Saint-Etienne”. “It would be a singularity which would honor us not to belong to foreign funds, to remain what we are”, added Gaël Perdriau at the microphone of Goal Football. However, the mayor is not obsessed with it. It remains open to the arrival of foreign funds to ASSE. “We have some examples of clubs that have shown that it can be successful,” he notes. The councilor now hopes to meet potential investors to “know their plan, their strategy, their means”.
