AS Saint-Etienne : The (new) suspension of the D2 championship of ASSE, the FMC Academy and Mathiey Guichard, player of the SCBVG | ASSE News

A new disillusion for the D2 of ASSE

At first happy to learn the next resumption of their D2 championship (April 18), they become disillusioned a few days later after a change of direction by the government and the Federation: the championship remains suspended until further notice. The season may be over for good. But nobody knows anything about it yet. The trainer, Jérôme Bonnet, does not understand.

Creation of the FMC Académy

The FMC Academy was officially created in the spring of 2020. Led in particular by Patrice Horjak, former member of the Green House, it has the ambition to train the players of tomorrow and to offer them, at the end of a ten-month apprenticeship, professional integration into a pro, semi-pro or even amateur club.

In FMC understand: “football, media, and communication”. A global learning of football but also of its environment. Good communication with the media and on social networks.

The academy, private, should host about twenty residents at the beginning of September on its campus near the Parc de l’Europe. Applications are open and detections begin in mid-April 2021.

Basketball: Mathieu Guichard, SCBVG player

Saint-Chamond Basket Vallée du Gier lost this Friday, March 5 against Saint-Quentin in this 11th game of the season for the Couramiauds. They get stuck at four small wins.
