AS Saint-Etienne : Jean-François Soucasse (ex-Toulouse) should replace Xavier Thuilot as general manager | ASSE News

According to our information, AS Saint-Étienne could formalize the arrival of Jean-François Soucasse as general manager at the start of the week. He held his role for more than ten years at Toulouse FC, even becoming deputy chairman and CEO when Olivier Sadran took a step back. Described as a high-profile worker and managing director, Soucasse left the Toulouse club last summer with the arrival of new president Damien Comolli (who worked for ASSE) and American investment fund RedBird Capital Partners19.

Jean-François Soucasse is a former football player, passed through Saint-Étienne (1995-1998). He held the position of General Manager of TFC in 2008.

He will replace Xavier Thuilot, whose contract was amicably broken.
