Vélez Sarsfield’s management have reportedly turned down ASSE’s offer for left-back Francisco Ortega in recent days, according to TyC Sports reports.
The Forez club officials had offered a paying loan of € 200,000 with an option to buy four million euros. The Stéphanois should make a new offer in the coming days.
