The LFP has unveiled a first part of the TV programming of the first day of Ligue 1.
Téléfoot, a new channel of the Mediapro group, will be the main broadcaster of Ligue 1 this season. The Iberian group has chosen the three matches of the first day which will be played on Sunday 23 August at 3:00 p.m. on Téléfoot. It is :
Dijon FCO – Angers SCO
FC Lorient – RC Strasbourg Alsace
Nîmes Olympique – Stade Brestois 29
OM – ASSE, at the start of Ligue 1
The first big poster of the season will oppose the ’Olympique de Marseille at AS Saint-Etienne at the Vélodrome on Friday August 21 at 7:00 p.m.
The rest of the program for this first day will be communicated on August 8.
If the French clubs qualified in the Champions League advance to the semi-finals, the matches Paris Saint-Germain – FC Metz and Montpellier Hérault SC – Olympique Lyonnais will be postponed to a later date, which will be communicated after the BKT League Cup Final, scheduled for next Friday (August 31).
