Fabrice Grange is no longer the goalkeepers’ coach ASSE since last Thursday. The recruiters ofAS Saint-Etienne have a short list of targets intended to replace the coach. A list to which a new name should now be added.

ASSE: succession of Fabrice Grange, a short list already provided

Fabrice Grange left ASSE after an amicable termination of his contract which was to end in June 2021. For theAS Saint-Etienne, the priority is now to replace the former Rhone, who left after 8 years of good and loyal service. While Jean-François Bedenik, ASSE youth goalkeepers’ trainer plays firefighters on duty, the Saint-Etienne recruiters have already drawn up a list of targets to replace Fabrice Grange. Jérémie Janot, Franck Mantaux, Jean-Yves Hours, Laurent Weber and Lionel Letizi have already been cited by Progress.

A new candidate for the 48-year-old coach’s succession?

The ASSE would have added the nameAndré Biancarelli on his shelves to succeed Fabrice Grange. According to Goal Football Club, the 50-year-old coach would even be the favorite of Saint-Etienne recruiters. Unemployed since leaving Toulouse FC (2015-2018), the former professional goalkeeper, born in Avignon, is close to Claude Puel whom he knew at AS Monaco (2006-2009). André Biancarelli also served in Tours (Ligue 2) from 2009 to 2015.
