Aware that the football economy is close to implosion, the DNCG will campaign for a number of limited contracts and a French-style salary cap.

With the Covid-19 health crisis, several Ligue 1 clubs, including PSG, OM, LOSC, Girondins de Bordeaux and ASSE will find themselves with significant operating deficits.
