This Wednesday, the Lyon Court of Appeal rejected the request for conditional release filed by the aggressor of Marin, this supporter of ASSE beaten up in 2016 in Part-Dieu for having defended a couple who s kissed.

Prosecuted for “violence with use or threat of a weapon followed by mutilation or permanent infirmity”, the attacker was sentenced in May 2018 to seven and a half years in prison by the Assize Court of Minors of Lyon. He is currently serving his sentence at the Roanne detention center. On April 29, the sentencing judge had accepted the request for the conditional release of the perpetrator, 17 years old at the time of the facts. The prosecution had appealed, but the court of appeal rejected the request.
