The FFF has acted out the elimination of extra time for the Coupe de France, until the final. In the event of a draw, there will be a penalty shootout.
The decision is almost overlooked. The French Football Federation did not see fit to communicate. However, this is a drastic development for the Coupe de France. As of the 2020-2021 season, there will be no more overtime in the event of a draw.
The decision was made during the FFF’s June 22 executive committee.
