With 6 goals and 2 assists in just 14 Ligue 1 games in 2019-2020, the Lure native is one of the players generally appreciated by the staff of Saint-Etienne. This is good news for the former Caen striker, as many players will be forced to exit during the next transfer window. Unless unlikely a reversal of the situation, this will not be the case for Romain Hamouma, especially as the contract of the striker from Stéphane will expire in June 2021. Nevertheless, the interest of FC Lorient for the 33-year-old winger could well change the game.
