After numerous debates, Canal and beIN have agreed to pay part of the TV rights which they have not paid for matches already played. This agreement was only found after long negotiations between the broadcasters and a delegation of four presidents of Ligue 1 clubs: Nasser al-Khelaïfi (PSG), Jacques-Henri Eyraud (OM), Olivier Sadran (Toulouse) and Jean-Pierre Rivère (Nice). According to RMC Sport, beIN will pay 9 million euros to French teams, 6 million less than what was planned for the matches
