The UNFP, the majority union of professional players, asked its members if they wanted to resume Ligue 1. The answer is clear.
The verdict therefore fell. Through a life-size survey organized by the National Union of Professional Footballers, the players’ union. Indeed, and as revealed by the Team, they were close to 1,000 (with those of Ligue 2) to give their feelings anonymously.

The trend is clear: by a very large majority, players do not want to resume the French championship if they do not obtain, beforehand, guarantees on their safety and health regarding the coronavirus epidemic.
Furthermore, and still according to this consultation, Ligue 1 players are also largely against the option of a white season (around 80%).
