A measure which the clubs intend to take advantage of, which have already started to take out loans guaranteed by the state (PGE), corresponding to a credit guaranteed at 90% by the state via the Public Investment Bank (BPI). Loans are all the more welcome as they benefit from a very low borrowing rate. For the moment, around thirty teams have already taken action, such as Dijon which has borrowed 5 million euros. The other names mentioned are RC Strasbourg, AS Saint-Etienne and Paris FC (Ligue 2), while PSG has not wished to request a PGE for the moment.
