AS Saint-Etienne lost one of its legends on Monday evening. Robert Herbin died at the age of 81.
At the club, throughout the day, we paid tribute to the Sphinx, first player before becoming the emblematic coach, at the head of the team of the epic of 1976. Ambassador for life of ASSE during his lifetime, Robert Herbin was also entitled to a new posthumous honor on Tuesday with the decision to rename the training center of L’Etrat, close to where he lived, in his name.
