Last night, at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium, ASSE won against Stade Rennais (2-1) at the very end of the game, during the semi-final of the Coupe de France. Here are the notes of the players from Saint-Etienne.
MILL: 5. Didn’t have much to do, other than fetching the ball from the back of the net at Rennes’s penalty goal. One or two hesitations on air outings but a positive impact on his team.
Debuchy: 6. Experienced difficulty with the speed of the SRFC attackers. However, covered his corridor and never stopped bringing a solution in front. Not always well placed, but flawless. He almost scored on the end.
Kolo: 7.5. THE surprise of the evening. The left side, on the sidelines of his pretty goal of the head, accomplished a very serious match, impeccable in his defensive withdrawal
