Reimbursement will be automatic for holders of e-tickets purchased on the official website billetterie.asse.fr. As for supporters who bought their tickets at the ticket offices, they must go to the ticket office of the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium, which must have their thermal access tickets (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.) .
