According to our colleagues from The team, ASSE decided to take legal action against Patrick Glanz, Stéphane Ruffier’s agent, after his various media outings which followed the sidelining of the Stéphanois goalkeeper.
Announcing in a press release on Saturday February 22 that it reserved the right “to initiate any legal action it deems useful”, ASSE took action. The club claims 1.5 million euros in commissions received from the adviser, believing that he could not both introduce himself as Ruffier’s agent and be mandated for his transfer.
