13. This is the number of U21 players used by ASSE since the start of the season. Among them, two goalkeepers, three defenders, three midfielders and five attackers. Thirteen young players, twelve of whom have gone through the training center and which allow AS Saint-Étienne to be the club that uses the most young players in the five big European leagues (Ligue 1 Uber Eats, Serie A , Premier League, Bundesliga, Liga).
The Forez club is ahead of FC Barcelona, Stade de Reims and Stade Rennais FC (12 players), as much out of necessity as out of philosophy. Training is one of the major pillars on which AS Saint-Étienne is based.
The players used: Etienne Green, Stefan Bajic, Saïdou Sow, Lucas Calodat, Bryan Nokoue, Lucas Gourna, Aïmen Moueffek, Adil Aouchiche, Maxence Rivera, El Hadji Dieye, Yanis Lhéry, Charles Abi, Mathys Saban.
