“He has strong leadership and very quickly embodies projects. There is also a huge amount of work because it doesn’t happen like that (he snaps his fingers), it is the sum of his natural qualities, his experience and the daily work. (…) He is someone who brings people together, who has a strong personality, who has very strong ideas and at the same time an ability to renew himself, to be modern. Today, we have a method that seems to work, but it will depend on our ability to renew ourselves as well. We have to keep this open mind, we often talk about it together. (…) The sum of work, experience and this prospect of openness, that’s what characterizes him. (…) There are things that you have to regulate because over a season you cannot make the emotional lift, there are both great emotional peaks, and at the same time a lot of control.
