The Greens are also said to be in the footsteps of versatile AS Monaco left-back Arthur Zagre.

Still in defense, Sainté is thinking of Andreaw Gravillon, the center-back for Inter Milan.

  • 6/9

    Yoan Severin

Wanting to attract a versatile defender, Claude Puel would also have approached Yoan Severin, the player of Servette FC.

    Roland romeyer

In attack, the Stéphanois are looking, as was the case last summer, to recruit a number 9 who can stack goals.

  • 8/9

    Simeon Nwankwo

Crotone center-forward Simeon Nwankwo is said to be on the Forez club’s shelves.

    Claude Puel

Saint-Etienne could also soon draw for Turkish club Altinordu FC’s center-forward Enis Destan.

Not in the plans of Claude Puel, attacking midfielder Ryad Boudebouz could soon bounce back at SCO d’Angers.

Having been entitled to only seven tenures in League 1 last season, the former Montpellier HSC and Betis Seville is closer and closer to the exit. Already on the departure list during the last transfer market, Ryad Boudebouz had refused to join Qatar SC last January after several weeks of negotiations. While he was logically heading towards a retirement in the Golf at 31, and as is often the case for former Algerian internationals, the Stéphanois could finally continue for a few years in France.

According to information from insider Mohamed Toubache-Ter, the Greens attacking midfielder would be of great interest to Angers SCO recruiters. Linked to the Forez club until June 2022, the Algerian will not necessarily be closed to a departure this summer especially if it is to stay in Ligue 1. The Angevins will however have to align themselves with the emoluments of the native of Colmar who is considered one of the highest paid players in Claude Puel’s squad.
