The banner read: “BC, RR: maintain or not, you will get out of the Etrat.” BC and RR referring to the initials of the two leaders, Bernard Caiazzo and Roland romeyer.
Club leaders highly criticized
Collective ” Angry green people Was created at the end of January 2021 with the very aim of pushing for the departure of the two leaders of the club. They are considered by many supporters and observers responsible for the mistakes of theASSE for a few years.

When their collective was created, these supporters from Green Angels 1992 and Independents from Saint-Etienne 1998 already denounced the fact that “ASSE has become the plaything of two businessmen in their ego struggle. None of them will give up, even if it means sending our club to the grave. “
The latest results do not prove them completely wrong as after losing two games in a row against Lorient and Lens, the Greens are on the verge of relegation.
