Announced on the shelves of AS Saint-Etienne, Nampalys Mendy will finally extend to Leicester.

After having had him under his orders at Nice then to Leicester, Claude Puel hoped to find Nampalys mendy at Saint Etienne. With the Foxes since 2016, the former Monegasque, who has only made 7 Premier League appearances this season, is indeed out of contract and seemed open to a departure.

But according to Footmercato, the native of Seyne-sur-Mer will finally re-join with Leicester, the two parties being close to reaching an agreement on the terms of the new contract of the 28-year-old tricolor midfielder.
