AS Saint-Etienne : the 2020-2021 season calendar has fallen, OM-ASSE is on the poster for the 1st day | ASSE News

The Professional Football League announced this Thursday the full calendar of the 2020-2021 season of Ligue 1, at the end of its Board of Directors. The program for the 1st day is known.

Stalled on the weekend of August 22-23, the first act of the new exercise will see Paris Saint-Germain receive FC Metz. A first shock will pit Olympique de Marseille against AS Saint-Etienne on Sunday 23 at the Vélodrome. Olympique Lyonnais will go to Montpellier, Rennes to Lille. AS Monaco will host the Stade de Reims, the Girondins de Bordeaux will start at home against FC Nantes.

Promoted to the elite, Lorient and Lens will start respectively against Strasbourg and Nice. Dijon and Angers will meet at Gaston-Gérard. Finally, Nîmes will face Brest at Costières. The first round of the Clasico between Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille will take place on September 13 at the Parc des Princes, from day 3. The second act is scheduled for February 7 on the Canebière, for the 24th day.
