Like Andoni Zubizarreta before his ouster at OM, Claude Puel would like to recruit Dimitrios Giannoulis. ASSE would however be badly placed in this operation.
Former sports director of theOM, Andoni Zubizarreta had activated several tracks on the sidelines of the summer transfer window to come before his departure by mutual agreement in mid-May. Dimitrios Giannoulis would have been one of them. Like last summer, theOM would look in the summer window for a left side in order to compete Jordan Amavi. No longer in post, Zubizarreta would inspire however Claude Puel, coach ofASSE.
